It looks more and more likely that at least some of the housemates are in the know about Nadia's sex change.

Marco, Michelle, and Nadia were sunbathing today when talk turned, not for the first time, to sex changes.

"What if everything blossomed between [Michelle and Stuart and he] turns around and goes 'I'm really sorry Michelle but I wanna have the snip?'" joked Marco.

As the troublesome threesome giggled Shell looked confused.

"That's because we tease Nadia and say, 'Nadia do you remember when you had your operation?'" said Michelle to Shell.

"Nadia, did you keep it pickled in a jar afterwards?" she the Geordie added.

Nadia laughed her characteristic laugh - clearly unworried.
