Holmes "busy loving" Cruise

Katie Holmes revealed she is "very busy loving" Tom Cruise at the London premiere of 'Batman Begins' last night (12.6.05).

Though the pretty 26-year-old, who plays the Caped Crusader's childhood sweetheart, coyly refused to reveal if she and Tom are engaged, she confessed: "Being in love with Tom is amazing and I love him very, very much.

"At the moment we're just both very busy loving, being in love."

But the sexy actress said of the engagement rumours: "It does make me smile to think about it."

Holmes looked stunning in a low-cut black gown, studded with £10,000 of Swarovski crystals - reportedly a gift from her 42-year-old boyfriend.

The brunette beauty charmed fans by spending over an hour signing autographs and talking to some of the 5,000 people gathered in London's Leicester Square.

The former 'Dawson's Creek' star was joined at the premiere by co-stars Christian Bale, Morgan Freeman and Sir Michael Caine.

Meanwhile, Katie is reportedly taking lessons in Scientology sparking further speculation she is set to marry Tom - a longtime supporter of the religious group.

She admitted: "I have been taking some courses and I really like it."
