A gender swapping version of the 60s classic, The Graduate, could soon be hitting the big screen.
Friends star Jennifer Aniston is reportedly set to star alongside Kevin Costner, who will be playing a male version of the legendary Mrs Robinson.
Costner is still in talks over the role, but if he takes it up audiences will see him seducing Aniston in much the same way Anne Bancroft did Dustin Hoffman in the original.
The premise of the new version revolves around Aniston's character discovering that the 60s movie was based on her family and that her grandmother - to be played by Shirley MacLaine - was the inspiration behind the man-eating Mrs Robinson.
As a result she returns to her family home in an attempt to uncover the truth, only to end up falling for Costner's middle-aged character.
It's been reported that George Clooney will produce the film, which is currently still untitled.
