David Hasselhoff is hoping God will find him a girlfriend.

The former 'Baywatch' star - who is the process of divorcing estranged wife, Pamela Bach - is hoping for divine intervention because he finds dating difficult.

David - who came clean at the premiere of his new movie 'Click' in London on Wednesday (27.09.06) - revealed: "I am kind of lonely at the moment. I've just got right out of a pretty intense thing.

"I don't know how to date anymore. But I know, God willing, that He will bring me someone."

Meanwhile, David has slammed reports claiming his 14-year-old daughter tried to commit suicide.

The former 'Baywatch' star says he called emergency services after Hayley suffered "a severe scratch on her forearm" while playing with family pets at her mother's Californian home, on Sunday night (24.09.06).

Hasselhoff's spokeswoman Judy Katz told BANG Showbiz: "Mr Hasselhoff received a call from his oldest daughter alerting him that his younger daughter had been playing with the dog and cat at her mother's home.

"The cat gave her a severe scratch on her forearm and she was bleeding. Mr Hasselhoff called 911 to report the incident and asked if they would send someone to check up on his child."

She added: "They responded and she was taken to a local hospital, treated and released shortly thereafter."
