It is far from a happy Valentine's for EastEnders' Zoe when she tells Dirty Den she is no longer pregnant with his child.

Albert Square's oddest couple were both shocked when the youngest Slater found out she was pregnant by boyfriend Dennis' dad.

That was particularly so as the news came after Zoe had been lying to Dennis about being pregnant in order to keep him by her side.

But Den, played by Leslie Grantham, is even more furious when he hears from wife Chrissie Watts that Zoe has had a miscarriage.

He confronts the 21-year-old, played by Michelle Ryan, who confirms the news - keeping the truth to herself.

She has in fact had an abortion, unable to stomach the thought of having the East End hard man's child.
