While many of us are feeling guilty for having already ditched our New Year’s resolution to eat healthier to lose a few pounds and keep them off this winter – promising ourselves it's OK because we'll give up chocolate for Lent – it doesn't mean we cannot indulge in something sweet and tasty without being kinder to our bodies.
