Sir Bob Geldof is reported to be so thrilled by the performance of his reality TV shows that he is planning a series of interactive TV channels.
The musician and media mogul claims that his production company, Ten Alps Communications, has some ambitious plans, according to FemaleFirst.
The anti-poverty campaigner was formerly director of TV company Planet 24, which was responsible for reality telly hit Survivor in 1997.
Geldof said: "Reality TV is hopelessly awful, riveting and it makes millions in advertising."
He announced plans to focus on making more specific programmes specifically designed for different levels of society, adding: "If the reaction is positive then why not have Firemen TV and Mechanics TV?
"Digital interactive television allows people to communicate with each other about their lives."
