Colin Farrell has romanced a transvestite who he met at a celebrity party.

The Hollywood hellraiser caught the eye of 6ft 2in blonde Jim Davis - who performs as Elaine Lancaster - before disappearing into a bedroom for a raunchy kiss.

The pair attended the swanky party at the former Florida home of murdered gay fashion designer Gianni Versace.

The strapping cross-dresser confessed to Britain's News Of The World newspaper: "Yes, we kissed. But Colin is such a sweetheart I don't want to say more and cause him complications on a personal level.

"Let's just say he was a gentleman."

Jim said he was lying on a bed when Farrell came into the room and lay down next to him.

Jim added: "I could tell he was sexually attracted to me although I'm pretty sure he knew I was a man. But that doesn't mean he is gay."

Earlier this year, Farrell caused controversy when he begged an elderly actress for sex.

Dame Eileen Atkins revealed: "Three weeks before my 70th birthday, a simply stunning film star came into my hotel room for sex without strings.

"I said no because I was too proud of what my body looked like when I was younger. But he cheered me up fantastically."
