Christina Aguilera is desperate to start a family.

The sexy singer, who wed music executive Jordan Bratman in a lavish ceremony last month, admits to feeling broody and hopes to try for a baby after finishing her next world tour.

She said: "We definitely want to have children. I'm very excited."

Christina has also revealed she has written a song for Jordan in which she describes her new husband as her "angel".

She explained: "It's called 'Save Me From Myself' - because that's exactly what he's done.

"He's come into my life and saved me. He has restoring my faith in the world and humanity. He really is my angel."

Christina and Jordan tied the knot last month in secret in a romantic sunset ceremony at a Californian vineyard.

More than 100 guests - including Sharon Stone, Justin Timberlake, Cameron Diaz and Drew Barrymore - watched the couple exchange vows.
