Eminem has scrapped his upcoming tour - claiming he is suffering exhaustion.
The rap star was due to kick of a series of ten huge concerts in Europe next month.
A spokesman said: "Eminem is currently being treated for exhaustion, complicated by other medical issues."
The star's publicist, Dennis Dennehy, refused to elaborate on Eminem's health problems, but said there would be more news at a later date.
Eminem, real name Marshall Mathers, recently slammed rumours he was planning to retire.
Speculation was sparked that the rapper would quit making music after his D12 bandmate Proof claimed Eminem was ready to call it a day.
However, the 'Just Lose It' singer later insisted he was not retiring.
He said: "When I say I'm taking a break, I'm taking a break from my music to go in the studio and produce my other artists.
"When I know my next move, I'll tell everyone my next move. Not some reporter who writes a story about 'this is Eminem's last album'."
