Ewan McGregor is being stalked by 'Star Wars' fans - who think he really is Obi Wan Kenobi.
The Scottish actor, who plays the Jedi Knight in the three prequels in the sci-fi series, claims he is constantly harassed by movie fanatics who want to quiz him about the films.
But McGregor believes that some fans are taking their obsession too far.
He said: "There's this huge following, which is weird. They have big meets and conventions, and I find it all a bit frightening.
"Once this guy shouted out to me, 'Obi-Wan. Do you have any advice for a trainee Jedi?'
"I just told him not to be so ridiculous."
Last week, McGregor quashed rumours he is disappointed with the latest 'Star Wars' movies.
The 34-year-old star has denied he was dissatisfied by the trio of films and can't wait to see the sixth and final chapter, 'Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith'.
He said: "It's really interesting how it's been turned into a big deal.
"I never said that I'm disappointed with the films to anybody, because it's not true. I'm really excited about the new one."
