The stars of Twilight have won big at this year's MTV Movie Awards, scooping five prizes in total.
The third film in the series, The Twilight Saga: Eclipse, took home awards for Best Movie, Best Fight and Best Kiss, while its stars Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart won the accolade for Best Male and Female Performance respectively.
Taylor Lautner, who plays werewolf Jacob Black, spoke on behalf of the cast and crew, saying:
"Thank you so much. We are all honoured to just be nominated.
"The real reason we are standing here right now is because each and every one of you. Your support is everything to us."
The awards also saw the first showing of the Breaking Dawn trailer, the last in the four-film saga, which will see Edward and Bella, played by Pattinson and Stewart, get married.
Other winners on the night included Chloe Grace Moretz, who won Biggest Badass and Best Breakout Star for her role in Kick-Ass, and Best Villain went to Tom Felton as Draco Malfoy in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part I.
Reese Witherspoon was awarded the Generation Award and told girls, during her acceptance speech, that they do not have to be "bad" in order to succeed.
