Drawn to Life gets kids drawing without the crayons!

Every parent knows how much kids love to draw. Settling them down with some sheets of paper and a set of crayons can keep them occupied for hours!
Drawing does not only stimulates imagination and creativity, but it can also play a crucial role in a child’s development – improving cognitive function, problem-solving abilities and fine motor skills.
Now an innovative new drawing software for the Wii and Nintendo DS is enabling kids to transfer all these creative drawing and design skills directly onto the screen.
In 'Drawn to Life: The Next Chapter', players can not only draw all their own heroes, but also design 100 unique items throughout the game.
Using the Wii remote, kids can create characters, vehicles, weapons and tools, in a bid to conquer their on-screen enemies.
The all-new Action Drawing tool allows for objects to be drawn directly into the game to help navigate the game world. In addition, the gameÂ’s multi-player feature allows players to draw their team members and equipment to compete against others in a variety of mini-games, such as football, hockey and basketball.
Former 'Blue Peter' presenter and kidsÂ’ favourite Konnie Huq, who is fronting the launch of the new game, said: "Drawn to Life: The Next Chapter' is a fantastic new videogame that children of all ages will enjoy playing.

'Drawn to Life: The Next Chapter' is available on Wii and Nintendo DS and is out in stores now.
