Russian flag carrier Aeroflot is suing a director whose last film contained scenes of one of their planes almost crashing.
Airline officials have been trying to get the scenes removed from the movie.
Deputy director of the airline Boris Yeliseyev commented: "We did not give permission for the use of our logo in this movie.
"We have spent a lot of energy to protect our trademark. If he doesn't take our logo out of the movie he will not avoid a court action."
In the film "Night Watch" a black magic curse is placed on the aircraft.
But director Timur Bekmambetov is unrepentant.
He told local daily Vedomosti: "Basically every plane in Russia has the word Aeroflot on it. That's how it got into the movie."
