Courtney Love's own father can 'prove' that she was responsible for Kurt Cobain's death

Love's father said: 'No doubt she was capable. I can’t prove she pulled the trigger, but I can prove her involvement to a high degree of certainty.'

Hank Harrison has made a sensational claim that his estranged daughter Courtney Love was responsible for the death of Nirvana singer/songwriter/guitarist Kurt Cobain. 

 

Although he admitted that he doesn’t have proof that his daughter pulled the trigger on the shotgun that killed the Smells Like Teen Spirit grunge star 20 years ago, he said that he can “prove her involvement to a high degree of certainty.” 

 

Mr Harrison added that he is convinced that Love killed her own husband after evidence that Cobain mocked his wedding vows and called his wife a “b***h with zits” had emerged. 

 

The note, which was released by Seattle police read: 'Do you Kurt Cobain take Courtney Michelle Love to be your lawful shredded wife,' the note begins, 'even when she’s a b**ch with zits and siphoning all (your) money for doping and whoring.'

 

Speaking to NBC’s Dateline in 2004, Mr Harrison said: 'She's a psychopath, she has a sociopathic personality like I do. I don't know who killed him. I know who benefited from his death: my daughter, for one.’

 

The release of the note by Seattle police last Friday is the latest revelation to come out of the department's decision to launch an internal review of the investigation into Cobain’s death.
