Connery cast in crime caper

Acting legend Sean Connery been signed to star in the new film "Josiah's Cannon".

Sean Connery been signed to star in "Josiah's Cannon".

In the film Connery will play a survivor of the Holocaust who leads a team of the world's best bank robbers.

Industry magazine Variety has said that Connery's character will target an "impenetrable" Swiss bank.

The bank is mode a more attractive prospect as it contains money left there by Jews before the Holocaust.

Cameras will start to roll on the project in New York this autumn.
