Visitors to Madame Tussauds have expressed their appreciation for the mature man by voting George Clooney the world's most beautiful male celebrity.
The former ER star turned Hollywood heartthrob pinched the award from younger contenders such as Brad Pitt after stealing the hearts of the London waxworks museum crowd.
Never to be forgotten when it comes to beauty, however, the magnificent Mr Pitt, who at the age of 41 still wows fans and celebrities alike, came in a close second.
People finding it hard to choose between the two will be relieved to find that the forthcoming film, Ocean's Twelve, sees both beauties unite once again for the sequel to Ocean's Eleven.
The men at Madame Tussauds were given the opportunity to choose between another Ocean's Twelve star, Julia Roberts, Alexander's Angelina Jolie and Jennifer Aniston for the prettiest woman on the planet. Roberts' winning smile claimed the crown.
Bad man of British pop Simon Cowell finally received his comeuppance after years of dishing out dirt on Pop Idol and the X Factor when he was voted the most hated celebrity.
And double Olympic champion Kelly Holmes added another title to her long list of recent victories when she was selected as favourite sports person.
