The Citroen CX name could be set for a reboot at the Paris Motor Show 2016. The family hatchback will make its debut at the international show in France and could eventually lead to a C5 replacement by 2018.
Stretching two metres wide and almost five metres in length, the Cxperience focuses on practicality and comfort. It features twin sunroofs, wide windows, large interior, and body-hugging seats. It has also taken in-car connectivity to the new level with its three-touchscreen tablet that allows passengers to access entertainment system and set the air con. Based on the series of sketches of the car released by Citroen, the car exterior will be dominated by aerodynamic lines and huge, five-spoke 22-inch wheels.
Meanwhile, its walnut finished dashboard is dominated by a 19-inch rectangular touchscreen that accesses driver aids, media and navigation. It also has wireless charging station for smartphones.
The car has turbocharged petrol engine and an electric motor. Its 3kW battery allows it to be driven solely on electric power for up to 37 miles. The vehicle can be started using a tablet PC.
