Charlotte Church listens to her own songs when she's upset.

The stunning singer, who is dating rugby hunk Gavin Henson, has confessed she puts on her own CD whenever she's feeling down, because it cheers her up.

She admitted: "When I'm melancholy, I'll listen to the 'A Beautiful Mind' soundtrack, because it's lovely classical orchestral music, and because I sing on it!"

However, Charlotte doesn't listen to her own music when she's missing boyfriend Gavin.

She told Britain's The Times newspaper: "If I'm missing my boyfriend I would listen to something sad, like

'Iris' by the Goo Goo Dolls or 'I'm Kissing You' by Des'ree.

"But if I break up with a fella I can't listen to music because I get carried away with self-indulgence."
