The TV career of Corrie babe Candice takes a tumble when she realises that her new profession makes her physically sick.

Hairdresser Candice, played by Nikki Sanderson, sets her sights on becoming a telly weathergirl in a bid to keep boyfriend Warren interested.

She reckons that a glamorous new job as Wendy Weather could keep the footballer, played by off-screen love Danny Young, keen as he heads towards the big time.

But Candice quickly realises that her chances of a sky-high career are unlikely when she finds out that flying in a weather helicopter makes her violently sick.

Meanwhile, the Daily Star has revealed that actress Nikki has just signed a new 50,000 contract to keep her on the Street for at least another year.

Rumours have been rife that the pretty 21-year-old is considering quitting the soap to try her hand at acting elsewhere.
