Darren Campbell has been selected to run the 200m for Great Britain in the Olympic Games.
The Sydney silver medallist was already selected for the 100m after coming second to Jason Gardener in last weekend's trials, but missed out on automatic qualification for the longer event after picking up an injury.
Manchester-based Campbell missed out on the chance to compete in front of his home crowd after injuring his ribs and hamstring while running the 100m on Saturday.
He crashed to the floor after finishing and, despite going against doctors' advice to win his 200m heat, was forced to sit and watch as Chris Lambert and Christian Malcolm booked their places on the plane to Athens.
But his form and experience at the highest stage has ensured UK Athletics gave him the third spot in the team and he will now compete in both sprint events and the relay.
There was no place for American-born 400m runner Malachi Davis, however, although he may still join Tim Benjamin and Daniel Caines if the selectors decide to add more names to the squad on July 19th.
Olympic heptathlon gold medallist Denise Lewis has also been included, although she has admitted that a foot injury could yet rule her out of Athens.
