Dzhokhar Tsarnaev has pleaded not guilty to all of the charges against him in regards to the Boston Marathon bombing. He reportedly arrived at court in Boston on Tuesday, 10th July, 2013, wearing orange jail clothing.
Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, aged 19, faces 30 charges and is charged with using a weapon of mass destruction.
This relates to the Boston Marathon where three individuals died and around 260 were injured.
His brother Tamerlan, 26, who died as a result of a shoot-out that took place after the day of the marathon, is also a suspect along with Dzhokhar Tsarnaev.
An accusation against them relates to the death of a fourth individual – an officer. They allegedly shot the officer in the days that followed the marathon bombing.
Dzhokhar Tsarnaev was later found hiding in a boat in Watertown as a result of a huge search mission.
It is understood that the court session lasted approximately eight minutes.
The two blasts went off near the finish line of the Boston Marathon on 15th April, 2013, where people were stood nearby.
The Boston Marathon, which is 26 miles long, is held each year. It first began in the late 1800s.
