Following an unexpected delay due to a dispute in salary levels, The Hollywood Reporter and Variety have now confirmed that filming will continue after the three main stars of hit comedy series The Big Bang Theory, Jim Parsons, Johnny Galecki and Kaley Cuocohas, have reached a new deal and are believed to have tripled their salaries to $1million per 20 minute episode.
The trio reportedly signed a three-year contract so fans will be assured that they will see them until the end of its 10th season.
The production on the 24-episode season eight of the Big Bang Theory is now expected to finally start on Wednesday following a one-week delay over the salary dispute.
Meanwhile, co-stars Kunal Nayyar and Simon Helberg are still negotiating their salary but sources say that they are expected to reach deals within this week.
The Big Bang Theory is one of the most watched TV series in the United States with an average of 20 million viewers an episode last season.
