Big Brother six has kicked off with 13 new housemates preparing for weeks in the public eye.
Davina McCall opened up the new series by unveiling the ins and outs of the new house- complete with outdoor showers and glass walls and Perspex furniture.
The contestants were then finally revealed to a delirious crowd and the rest of the reality TV world.
First in to the house was Dereck, a gay conservative who's claim to fame was being the first black political analyst in the House of Commons.
Next up were Lesley, a vain administrative assistant who appeared dressed as a nurse, and Sam, a mouthy marketing student from Surrey.
Maxwell, a lad's lad, was then followed by loudmouth Vanessa, another student.
Dancer Anthony was next to arrive at the BB house with a bold entrance before self proclaimed "Italian stallion" Roberto.
Makosi was next in before hairstylist Craig and white witch Mary, who turned up dressed in cloak and clutching a broomstick.
Science, an entertainment entrepreneur, was then followed by promotions girl Staskia before cross dressing Kemal completed the line up.
But before the fun was completed for the night, Makosi was given a surprise task by Big Brother.
She was informed that she will be up for eviction in the first week unless she can obtain the most nominations from her respective housemates.
However, it was not entirely clear whether she understood the task. In the event that does not receive the most votes, the most nominated housemate will then be immune from eviction.
