Spurred on by a pep talk from "Mr Lanarkshire Best Buttocks 1996" Ahmed has been causing a stir amongst the country's most famous housemates.

He has made Marco cry and shown Stuart something about perceptiveness by confessing his suspicions about Nadia.

Jay gave the former asylum seeker some quick tips on staying in the house and he appears to have taken them on board.

"You don't have to be everybody's friend . . . start getting involved in discussion... start getting noticed", Jay explained.

"Create conflict," added the self-styled bronzed adonis.

After the manly words of wisdom Ahmed went off and told Marco exactly what he thought.

Marco responded by seeking solace in the Diary Room then bursting into tears and running to the arms of his fellow housemates - looks like Emma might have a rival for the role of "child" of the house.

Ahmed caused further ripples when Nadia revealed that the 44-year old law graduate was having suspicions about her status as a "real woman"

"He came up to me saying that I am such an intriguing person. He is suspicious of me," said the Portuguese transsexual.

Of course the way some conversations are going her 'secret' might be out soon anyway.

Big Brother had to step in and break up a conversation that was headed the wrong way yesterday.

The discussion was backing the lovely lady into a corner as the topic of having babies came up.

"I feel guilty because I have to make up a story to explain why I can't have children... I don't want to lie... but I'm not ready to be honest with the housemates, not yet."

"It's come up sooner that I thought," she confessed to Big Brother.
