Adele’s wax figure is the newest addition to Madame Tussauds in London. The Grammy and Oscar winning singer will be featured in the music section alongside the likes of Beyoncé and Lady Gaga.
Adele’s was figure is dressed in a replica of the black outfit she wore when she sang at 2012 Grammy Awards.
Madame Tussauds' production coordinator and colourist Alex Garnett said: "Well there's lots and lots of elements that we've got to get perfectly right.
"But I think in terms of us creating a wax figure, what you want to create essentially is a snapshot of that person.
"So we want to get over the emotion, the presence and the sparkle that she's got and so we really wanted to capture that.”
Meanwhile, Nicole Fenner, Madame Tussauds' manager said that Adele came to visit for a sneak peak a couple of days before her wax figure was unveiled. She said that the singer was delighted and thought that the wax figure was amazing. She also said that Adele got emotional at one point.
